FAQ's
1. Whats the process after I book?
Once booked and the $50 deposit is paid you will hear off me
to:
Confirm your booking.
You will receive receipts for payments.
Before the day i will send out an outfit guide to help you.
I will confirm location details and where to meet.
Once photoshoot has been done, i will send you 1 preview
image within 48hours
Final galleries are delivered in an online gallery within 2-3
weeks.
2. What are the wait times for seeing my photos?
A Sneek Preview - Up to 48 Hours.
Once images are selected and go into editing my turn around
is currently a maximum of 2-3 weeks, some times sooner.
For Small weddings & elopements - Up to 5 weeks
3. What is the best way to contact you with questions?
Via my contact me link below or you can DM me on Facebook or
Instagram for a quick chat if that is easier.
4. How long do you keep my images for?
Raw images may be deleted after 2 weeks from gallery delivery
but your final JPEG images will be kept for up to 3 months. It is
advised to make sure you make a back up of them as soon as
you download them.
5. When is the final payment due and what if I need to cancel
or reschedule?
No later than the morning of your shoot.. The $50 deposit is
none refundable but can be transferred once if you change
mind on the date and can be transferred if we have to
reschedule due to weather etc.
6. What if I didn’t pick the full package and I want to upgrade
later?
If you have not purchased the full package and decided you
would like to upgrade once you see the gallery, this is definitely
an option that will be provided in the email when you receive
your gallery and will be based on the current upgrade fee.
